Over the past several years, my business has been transitioning from IT services to Web services. Due to more and more customers wanting websites, hosting and email for their businesses. I’ve got several announcements regarding Bluegrass IT Services Web Hosting services.

First I’ve added Cloud Hosting to our WordPress hosting packages. WordPress Cloud Hosting is designed to keep downtime for your email and websites to an absolute minimum. It is targeted at businesses and consumers who need a very high level of uptime but don’t have a large IT budget to spend on complicated load-balanced, multi-server solutions. It is perfect for web sites that are not busy enough to need the increased hardware resources of a VPS or dedicated server but still would like to have access to enterprise grade hardware and uptime.

For iPhone and iPad users, tomorrow is a huge day. iOS7 rolls out to most all devices. Here’s a few things you should do before upgrading:

  • Be sure you have a Wi-Fi and power connection available.
  • Make sure you know your AppleID and password.
  • Make sure you have time for upgrade. This update will take some setup time.
  • Most importantly Backup! Backup! Backup! Here’s how to do a backup .

As always if you do have an issue you can call Apple Support @ (800) APL-CARE (800-275-2273). Apple has been ramping up for sometime now to provide “Top-Drawer” support to their customers. They have added hundreds of advisors and have been training everyone in Applecare for months now.
